Current Volkswagen Bank Rahmenkredit FAQ explicitly says a current SCHUFA report is required for the creditworthiness check. This is not a SCHUFA-free product. The page does not require the engine to invent a separate “neutral inquiry” stage.

ROLE/PRODUCT-SCOPED: this is a reusable credit line rather than a one-time Ratenkredit payout. After the line is established, the customer draws within the available framework. The bank states the Rahmenkredit is not a payment account and outgoing SEPA instant transfer is not supported, so a generic minutes-to-account payout SLA is not applicable.

Current product/FAQ material says special payments can be made at any time and are free; the product also permits early payoff. Because the framework remains reusable after repayment unless closed, repaying the used balance is kept separate from terminating the framework contract.
